CREDO

We believe our first responsibility is to the dermatologists, estheticians, doctors, and patients, to mothers and fathers and individuals who use our products and services. We are dedicated to providing customer service with the highest quality available and our suppliers and distributors must have an opportunity 
to make a fair profit. We must constantly strive to reduce our costs in order to better serve the greater public and to not limit our scientific advances from the greater mass.

Our responsibility to our employees, the men and women who work with us throughout the world shall be treated as individuals not employees. Our employees will be treated with the same dignity and respect any individual deserves. They are to feel safe and free to share their ideas and be compensated adequately. Not only providing for our employees, we must also care for the well-being and futures of the families of our workers. Equal opportunity for employment will be our goal and the advancement for those qualified shall be recognized.

Furthermore, We are responsible to the communities in which we live and work, locally and globally. We are to be respected citizens fostering good works, supporting charities, and bearing our fair share of taxes. We will encourage civic improvements and education. We are nonetheless also required to maintain in good order the property that we are privileged to use, and to protect the environment and natural resources we’ve been blessed with.
